Across TCGA patient cohorts, FGF5 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 31 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FGF5-associated genes across cancer lineages are p62 Lck ligand, ATM, and Caspase-8. Each is linked with FGF5 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FGF5-to-partner and partner-to-FGF5 results are reported.
