Across TCGA patient cohorts, FGF4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,950 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FGF4-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Somite development, DNA strand elongation involved in DNA replication, and Telomere maintenance. Each is linked with FGF4 in more than 10 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FGF4-to-partner and partner-to-FGF4 results are reported.
