Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, FGF4 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,909 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible FGF4-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNA5SP101, CST5, and RNU6-285P. Each is linked with FGF4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FGF4-to-partner and partner-to-FGF4 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, FGF4 versus RNA5SP101 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.83.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FGF4→partner) and Y-score (partner→FGF4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
