FGF4

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, FGF4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 698 significant associations in total. SKIN shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FGF4-associated genes across cancer lineages are PTCRA, TRIM49B, and OTOL1. Each is linked with FGF4 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FGF4-to-partner and partner-to-FGF4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, FGF4 versus PTCRA in OVARY, with a Pearson correlation of 0.49.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FGF4→partner) and Y-score (partner→FGF4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
