FGF20

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, FGF20 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,067 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FGF20-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PALD1, NASP_S421, and SPTBN1. Each is linked with FGF20 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FGF20-to-partner and partner-to-FGF20 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, FGF20 versus PALD1 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.56.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FGF20→partner) and Y-score (partner→FGF20) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
