Across TCGA cell cohorts, FGF20 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 531 significant associations in total. LUNG_SCLC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible FGF20-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of syncytium formation by plasma membrane fusion, Regulation of myoblast fusion, and Mitochondrial electron transport, cytochrome c to oxygen. Each is linked with FGF20 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FGF20-to-partner and partner-to-FGF20 results are reported.
