FGF18

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, FGF18 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 85 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FGF18-associated genes across cancer lineages are TUBB4BP1, TSPY12P, and RNU6-554P. Each is linked with FGF18 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FGF18-to-partner and partner-to-FGF18 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TUBB4BP1 grouped by FGF18-low versus FGF18-high in BRCA.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FGF18→partner) and Y-score (partner→FGF18) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
