Across TCGA patient cohorts, FGF13-AS1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,121 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FGF13-AS1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are FGF13_S208, RRBP1, and EIF2S2. Each is linked with FGF13-AS1 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FGF13-AS1-to-partner and partner-to-FGF13-AS1 results are reported.
