Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, FGF13-AS1 RNA is linked to patient survival in 24 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated FGF13-AS1 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in uveal melanoma (UVM), where higher FGF13-AS1 RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated FGF13-AS1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as SKCM and LGG show a favorable association.

UVM, SKCM, and LGG are the cancer types where FGF13-AS1 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
