FGF12

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, FGF12 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FGF12-associated genes across cancer lineages are TRIML1, PRSS54, and LHCGR. Each is linked with FGF12 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FGF12-to-partner and partner-to-FGF12 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TRIML1 grouped by FGF12-low versus FGF12-high in LUNG_SCLC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FGF12→partner) and Y-score (partner→FGF12) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
