The strongest signal is observed in head and neck squamous cell carcinoma (HNSC), where higher FGF11 Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated FGF11 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC show a favorable association.
HNSC, SKCM, and PRAD are the cancer types where FGF11 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
