FGF11

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, FGF11 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 7,804 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FGF11-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ALDOC, NUBPL, and P4HA1. Each is linked with FGF11 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FGF11-to-partner and partner-to-FGF11 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, FGF11 versus ALDOC in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.42.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FGF11→partner) and Y-score (partner→FGF11) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
