FGD5

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, FGD5 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 19,935 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FGD5-associated proteins across cancer lineages are FGD5_S703, VCL_S795, and FGD5_S744. Each is linked with FGD5 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FGD5-to-partner and partner-to-FGD5 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, FGD5 versus FGD5_S703 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.55.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FGD5→partner) and Y-score (partner→FGD5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
