FGD5

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, FGD5 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 15,662 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FGD5-associated genes across cancer lineages are IFFO1, VASH1, and STARD9. Each is linked with FGD5 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FGD5-to-partner and partner-to-FGD5 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, FGD5 versus IFFO1 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.35.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FGD5→partner) and Y-score (partner→FGD5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
