FGD5

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, FGD5 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6,122 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FGD5-associated genes across cancer lineages are CENPU, STIL, and TMEM186. Each is linked with FGD5 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FGD5-to-partner and partner-to-FGD5 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CENPU grouped by FGD5-low versus FGD5-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FGD5→partner) and Y-score (partner→FGD5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
