Across TCGA patient cohorts, FGD5 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 56 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FGD5-associated genes across cancer lineages are FoxM1, CDK1, and PCNA. Each is linked with FGD5 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FGD5-to-partner and partner-to-FGD5 results are reported.
