The most reproducible FGD5-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of DNA repair, Mitotic cytokinesis, and Lipid modification. Each is linked with FGD5 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FGD5-to-partner and partner-to-FGD5 results are reported.
