Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, FGD5 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,663 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible FGD5-associated genes across cancer lineages are CEP135, GRM6, and OR52E4. Each is linked with FGD5 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FGD5-to-partner and partner-to-FGD5 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CEP135 grouped by FGD5-low versus FGD5-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FGD5→partner) and Y-score (partner→FGD5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
