Across TCGA patient cohorts, FGD5-AS1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 16,342 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FGD5-AS1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SETMAR, RBSN, and KIAA1143. Each is linked with FGD5-AS1 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FGD5-AS1-to-partner and partner-to-FGD5-AS1 results are reported.
