FGD1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, FGD1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FGD1-associated genes across cancer lineages are BMP15, PRM3, and GALP. Each is linked with FGD1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FGD1-to-partner and partner-to-FGD1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, BMP15 grouped by FGD1-low versus FGD1-high in CNS.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FGD1→partner) and Y-score (partner→FGD1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
