FGA

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, FGA RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,734 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FGA-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SERPINA6, AGT, and HNF1B_S80. Each is linked with FGA in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FGA-to-partner and partner-to-FGA results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, FGA versus SERPINA6 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.35.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FGA→partner) and Y-score (partner→FGA) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
