FGA

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, FGA protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 14,420 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FGA-associated genes across cancer lineages are IL6, SERPINE1, and MMP19. Each is linked with FGA in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FGA-to-partner and partner-to-FGA results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, FGA versus IL6 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.57.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FGA→partner) and Y-score (partner→FGA) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
