FGA

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, FGA mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 52 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FGA-associated genes across cancer lineages are ATM, eIF4E, and STAT3_pY705. Each is linked with FGA in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FGA-to-partner and partner-to-FGA results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ATM grouped by FGA-low versus FGA-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FGA→partner) and Y-score (partner→FGA) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
