FGA

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, FGA mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 172 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FGA-associated genes across cancer lineages are MSGN1, TOB2, and MTRNR2L6. Each is linked with FGA in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FGA-to-partner and partner-to-FGA results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MSGN1 grouped by FGA-low versus FGA-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FGA→partner) and Y-score (partner→FGA) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
