FFAR3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, FFAR3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,046 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FFAR3-associated genes across cancer lineages are DNAJC7, DBF4, and RPS10P21. Each is linked with FFAR3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FFAR3-to-partner and partner-to-FFAR3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FFAR3→partner) and Y-score (partner→FFAR3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
