Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, FEZF1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9 significant associations in total. LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible FEZF1-associated genes across cancer lineages are ASB10, DEFB108B, and OR8B8. Each is linked with FEZF1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FEZF1-to-partner and partner-to-FEZF1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ASB10 grouped by FEZF1-low versus FEZF1-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FEZF1→partner) and Y-score (partner→FEZF1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
