FEZ2

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, FEZ2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,878 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FEZ2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are HEATR5A, SCFD1, and ZFYVE1. Each is linked with FEZ2 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FEZ2-to-partner and partner-to-FEZ2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, FEZ2 versus HEATR5A in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.75.

protein abundance associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FEZ2→partner) and Y-score (partner→FEZ2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
