FEV

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, FEV mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 26 significant associations in total. LUSC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FEV-associated genes across cancer lineages are CTHRC1P1, TNPO3P1, and MIR1273H. Each is linked with FEV in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FEV-to-partner and partner-to-FEV results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CTHRC1P1 grouped by FEV-low versus FEV-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FEV→partner) and Y-score (partner→FEV) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
