FERD3L

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, FERD3L mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 32 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FERD3L-associated genes across cancer lineages are MSH2, Rad50, and C-Raf. Each is linked with FERD3L in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FERD3L-to-partner and partner-to-FERD3L results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MSH2 grouped by FERD3L-low versus FERD3L-high in LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FERD3L→partner) and Y-score (partner→FERD3L) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
