Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, FERD3L RNA is linked to patient survival in 16 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated FERD3L data layer compared with 7 for mutation status.
The strongest signal is observed in uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma (UCEC), where higher FERD3L RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated FERD3L expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as SARC and STAD show a favorable association.
UCEC, KIRC, and THCA are the cancer types where FERD3L RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
