FERD3L

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → MUTATIONCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, FERD3L RNA expression is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 51 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FERD3L-associated genes across cancer lineages are CA14, CCR7, and ADCY4. Each is linked with FERD3L in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FERD3L-to-partner and partner-to-FERD3L results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CA14 grouped by FERD3L-low versus FERD3L-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FERD3L→partner) and Y-score (partner→FERD3L) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
