FEM1C

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, FEM1C mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 36 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FEM1C-associated genes across cancer lineages are eIF4E, p62 Lck ligand, and PEA-15. Each is linked with FEM1C in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FEM1C-to-partner and partner-to-FEM1C results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, eIF4E grouped by FEM1C-low versus FEM1C-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FEM1C→partner) and Y-score (partner→FEM1C) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
