Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, FDXR mass-spec protein is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated FDXR data layer compared with 22 for mass-spec protein and 2 for mutation status.

The strongest signal is observed in colon adenocarcinoma (COAD), where higher FDXR mass-spec protein is associated with better disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated FDXR expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as COAD and LSCC show a favorable association.

COAD, LSCC, and HNSC are the cancer types where FDXR mass-spec protein most reproducibly stratifies survival.
