FDXACB1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, FDXACB1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 285 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FDXACB1-associated genes across cancer lineages are AKAP5, KRTAP23-1, and RNU6-495P. Each is linked with FDXACB1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FDXACB1-to-partner and partner-to-FDXACB1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, AKAP5 grouped by FDXACB1-low versus FDXACB1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FDXACB1→partner) and Y-score (partner→FDXACB1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
