FDPSP3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, FDPSP3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 9,606 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FDPSP3-associated proteins across cancer lineages are HK3, ARHGAP25, and FYB1_S457. Each is linked with FDPSP3 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FDPSP3-to-partner and partner-to-FDPSP3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, FDPSP3 versus HK3 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.48.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FDPSP3→partner) and Y-score (partner→FDPSP3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
