Across TCGA patient cohorts, FDPSP3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,720 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FDPSP3-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Monosaccharide metabolic process, Regulation of mRNA splicing, via spliceosome, and Regulation of RNA splicing. Each is linked with FDPSP3 in more than 21 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FDPSP3-to-partner and partner-to-FDPSP3 results are reported.
