FDPSP2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, FDPSP2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 7,116 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FDPSP2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are DTX2, UTP18_S210, and KMT2D_T1843. Each is linked with FDPSP2 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FDPSP2-to-partner and partner-to-FDPSP2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, FDPSP2 versus DTX2 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.37.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FDPSP2→partner) and Y-score (partner→FDPSP2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
