FDPS

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, FDPS RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 16,884 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FDPS-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CTR9, UBAP2L, and FDFT1. Each is linked with FDPS in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FDPS-to-partner and partner-to-FDPS results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, FDPS versus CTR9 in COAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.47.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FDPS→partner) and Y-score (partner→FDPS) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
