FDPS

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, FDPS protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11,108 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FDPS-associated genes across cancer lineages are HMGCS1, HMGCR, and FDFT1. Each is linked with FDPS in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FDPS-to-partner and partner-to-FDPS results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, FDPS versus HMGCS1 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.41.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FDPS→partner) and Y-score (partner→FDPS) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
