Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, FDCSP Mutation is linked to patient survival in 2 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated FDCSP data layer compared with 22 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in bladder urothelial carcinoma (BLCA), where higher FDCSP Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated FDCSP expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
BLCA and COAD are the cancer types where FDCSP Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
