Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, FDCSP RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,663 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible FDCSP-associated proteins across cancer lineages are IL16, LIMD2, and SEPTIN1. Each is linked with FDCSP in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FDCSP-to-partner and partner-to-FDCSP results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, FDCSP versus IL16 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.30.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FDCSP→partner) and Y-score (partner→FDCSP) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
