FCRLB

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, FCRLB mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 752 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FCRLB-associated genes across cancer lineages are BAG1P1, HSPE1P10, and OSBPL9P5. Each is linked with FCRLB in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FCRLB-to-partner and partner-to-FCRLB results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, BAG1P1 grouped by FCRLB-low versus FCRLB-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FCRLB→partner) and Y-score (partner→FCRLB) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
