FCRL6

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, FCRL6 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,770 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FCRL6-associated genes across cancer lineages are EXOSC9, ANXA5, and TACSTD2. Each is linked with FCRL6 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FCRL6-to-partner and partner-to-FCRL6 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, EXOSC9 grouped by FCRL6-low versus FCRL6-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FCRL6→partner) and Y-score (partner→FCRL6) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
