FCRL4

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, FCRL4 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 20 significant associations in total. LUNG_SCLC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FCRL4-associated genes across cancer lineages are CLEC10A, H2AP, and OR5K1. Each is linked with FCRL4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FCRL4-to-partner and partner-to-FCRL4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CLEC10A grouped by FCRL4-low versus FCRL4-high in LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FCRL4→partner) and Y-score (partner→FCRL4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
