FCRL2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, FCRL2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 16,645 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FCRL2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are TRAF3IP3, WAS, and RCSD1. Each is linked with FCRL2 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FCRL2-to-partner and partner-to-FCRL2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, FCRL2 versus TRAF3IP3 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.46.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FCRL2→partner) and Y-score (partner→FCRL2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
