FCRL1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, FCRL1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,142 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FCRL1-associated genes across cancer lineages are VN1R54P, RPS2P39, and CIDECP1. Each is linked with FCRL1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FCRL1-to-partner and partner-to-FCRL1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, VN1R54P grouped by FCRL1-low versus FCRL1-high in LUSC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FCRL1→partner) and Y-score (partner→FCRL1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
