FCN3

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, FCN3 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11,636 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FCN3-associated genes across cancer lineages are DYSF, IL6, and MEDAG. Each is linked with FCN3 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FCN3-to-partner and partner-to-FCN3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, FCN3 versus DYSF in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.48.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FCN3→partner) and Y-score (partner→FCN3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
