FCMR

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, FCMR RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 15,911 significant associations in total. TGCT shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FCMR-associated genes across cancer lineages are CD3D, CD247, and TRAT1. Each is linked with FCMR in more than 33 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FCMR-to-partner and partner-to-FCMR results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, FCMR versus CD3D in CHOL, with a Pearson correlation of 0.73.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FCMR→partner) and Y-score (partner→FCMR) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
