Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, FCMR protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,945 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible FCMR-associated genes across cancer lineages are CRTAM, ANKEF1, and NCF1. Each is linked with FCMR in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FCMR-to-partner and partner-to-FCMR results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, FCMR versus CRTAM in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.50.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FCMR→partner) and Y-score (partner→FCMR) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
