Across TCGA patient cohorts, FCMR mutation is significantly associated with the immune_cell of many other genes, with 12 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FCMR-associated genes across cancer lineages are Th2 cells, Endothelial cells, and lymphatic Endothelial cells. Each is linked with FCMR in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FCMR-to-partner and partner-to-FCMR results are reported.
